What is the Carpet Export Promotion Council - CEPC?
In 1982, the Ministry of Textiles of India established CEPC as a non-profit organization to promote the export of Indian carpets, rugs, floor coverings, and other related products. Thereafter, it has served as the trade association for India's carpet industry. Its head office is in Central Delhi, its registered offices are in Noida, UP, and its regional offices are in Bhadohi (UP) and Srinagar (J&K). What is the Carpet Export Promotion Council RCMC?

Membership application must be submitted using the official application form. Membership forms can be filled out online. Once an exporter joins, will receive a Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC). RCMC Membership is valid for five years and must be renewed annually.

Registration is an “essential” step as per the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Carpet Export Promotion Council. The documents submitted will determine whether registration is granted as a “Merchant Exporter” or a “Manufacturer Exporter”.
